TATIN DE PERES de La Bona Vida
(recepta vegetariana)

125 gr de sucre
75 gr de mantega
1 kg de peres
1 làmina de pasta de full

En una cassola baixa coueu el sucre i la mantega fins a aconseguir un caramel de color daurat.
peleu les peres talleu-les per la meitat i treiue-lis el cor.
Col·loca les mitges peres amb la part corba a sobre del caramel i deixeu-les coure a foc molt lent
Acabeu el pastís possant la pasta de full punxada amb una forquilla, sobre les peres i cou-lo al forn, a 200ºC, fins que la pasta de full estigui cuita.
Desmotlleu l atatin quan encara estigi tebia, com si es tumbes una truita.
Serviu-la tebia amb una gerra de crema de llet.

“Input: It was Orrefors, and designer Erika Lagerbielke, who were given the great pleasure of producing the official gift from the people to the Swedish Royal Wedding couple. This exclusive royal set of glasses is not available for the public, but a very similar “retail version” was created and named “Divine”. How could this set of glasses benefit from the Royal one, without being too ingratiating and finally get a life of its own?
Output: With the design- and communication concept “Love is Divine” the parallel to the royal set of glasses is rather obvious, as long as the Royal Wedding is on the agenda. When, however, all memories of the wedding have declined, the concept lives on and could easily be transformed in to almost anything; Dining is Divine, December is Divine… Always with an appropriate illustration. Neumeister delivered the main concept, packaging design, ads, sales material ; brochure, point of sale material, etc.
Outcome: Huge media attention. Just released.”

Porkinson

The Porkinson Banger was the creation of fashion photographer Norman Parkinson. True to his values, it is a classic, English sausage that is uncompromising on taste. Over the years, the brand has lost its association with its creator, so jkr were tasked with restoring Parkinson’s original vision to the pack.
A man of impeccable taste, he would accept only the very best. Despite his jet-set lifestyle, he missed the simple tastes of home and it was this yearning that drove him to create the ‘Perfect Banger’. A famously succulent sausage made from the finest ingredients and a fantastic, unique recipe.
The flamboyant bowtie design embodies Parkinson’s quintessentially English personality while providing great standout and navigation on shelf. The back of pack elaborates further on his original story. The result is a design that we hope Parkinson himself would be proud to see the pack wearing.
